141st ARW Homeland Response Force participates in Exercise Arctic Eagle 2018
Guardsmen from the 141st Air Refueling Wing assist in loading equipment and vehicles onto two C-17 Globemaster III aircraft February 20, 2018 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Nearly 250 Air and Army Guardsmen from Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, South Dakota, Utah, and Washington are slated to participate in Exercise Arctic Eagle 2018 In Valdez, Alaska through the end of February. Arctic Eagle is a scenario-based exercise in which Guardsmen will conduct Homeland Response Force (HRF) and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) operations in a cold-weather environment.
