  • AREA OF STRATEGIC FOCUS: CUSTOMERS

    GOAL: CULTIVATE STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS; SEEK FEEDBACK TO UNDERSTAND THEIR REQUIREMENTS AND IMPROVE OUR PROCESSES.
    •  OBJECTIVE 1: Provide timely and accurate customer support to our unit members, to geographically separated units and to state headquarters. Functional area support includes: transportation, supply, HRO, finance, civil engineering, state employee resources, clinic and communications sections.
      •  MEASUREMENTS: 100% of support requests are addressed within the required time frame. 100% of support requests are accomplished correctly the first time.
    • OBJECTIVE 2: Continue outstanding air refueling activity for our receiver units.
      •  MEASUREMENTS: 100% of controllable ARCTs met. 100% of scheduled offload available.
    •  OBJECTIVE 3: Respond to state and federal tasking.
      •  MEASUREMENTS: All SORTS reportable units C-2 or better (for controllable criteria). All ART UTCs green (for controllable criteria). 100% of AEF and state tasking filled through volunteerism.
    •  OBJECTIVE 4: Provide outstanding support to regional LEA drug interdiction and surveillance activity with our C-26 aircraft.
      • MEASUREMENT: 100% of products provided meet chain of custody requirements.
    •  OBJECTIVE 5: Expand C-26 mission to include border patrol, terrorist surveillance, additional drug interdiction and search and rescue activity.
      •  MEASUREMENTS: 100% of potential C-26 customers identified and prioritized. Conduct quarterly briefing and in-flight demonstration for potential customers.
    • OBJECTIVE 6: Actively participate in weapons system councils, conferences and working groups at MAJCOM, ANGRC and NGB.
      •  MEASUREMENT: Staff develops a prioritized list of all key national-level issues; commander assigns OPRs and establishes review schedule.
