FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. --   Col. Johan Deutscher, 141st Air Refueling Wing commander, passes the 141st Mission Support Group guidon to Col. David Kimpel, 141st MSG commander, during a change of command ceremony October 13, 2018 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash.
