Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputy Randy Strzelecki instructs Washington National Guard members in a motor cycle safety seminar held here at the 141ARW. Deputy Strzelecki has served in law enforcement for over 20 years and has been riding a motorcycle on the job for over 10. All individuals that wish to ride motorcycles on base are required to attend the Motorcycle Safety Foundation training.
